Patni partners SAP services in Japan

Global IT and BPO services provider, Patni Computer Systems, has formed a partnership with SAP Japan for providing SAP services in Japanese markets, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

The partnership will allow Patni to enhance its proficiency in delivering high value to its customers as a SAP service provider in Japan.

SAP services partners help SAP customers design, implement and integrate solutions, optimise business processes and provide strategic business consultation. The company will take an active part in the support, customisation and deployment of SAP solution based systems for customers in Japan. Patni will deploy its bilingual consultant teams with the knowledge of SAP software to Japan and India and the team will focus on providing application management services in support SAP solution.
