Even before the official process of integration of Tech Mahindra and Mahindra Satyam has commenced, execution of projects is being shared between the two companies, according to highly-placed sources.
“We are working jointly in marketing and execution of various other projects. Major telecom projects are being diverted to Tech Mahindra, as they have an expertise in this domain,” the sources said, who are associated with both the companies. Recently, telecom major MTNL awarded a contract of converged-billing solution project to a consortium of 10 members, including Mahindra Satyam, BEL and IBM.
