ZTE launches NubiaZ9 mini in India

ZTE on Tuesday announced its entry into Indian market with the launch of Nubia Z9 mini. The smartphone has a camera 16 MP and 8 MP primary and secondary cameras, respectively. The Nubia Z9 mini will be available on Amazon.in for Rs 16,999.

The camera of Nubia Z9 mini has almost all functions and settings of a DSLR camera. The NeoVision™ 5.0 SLR System enables the user with excellent manual photography possibilities. 

This is a dual-SIM support device with 3000 mAh battery, and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. The smartphone has 2 GB of RAM. Nubia Z9 mini has image sensor camera by six precision optical lenses, low power mid-motor hybrid filter composed of blue glass, to enhance the almost professional level camera experience. The camera also showcases a 2.0 aperture. The device is made up of aircraft grade alloy.

Felix Fu, co-founder and senior vice-president, Nubia, said the company is expect to launch a new device by the year-end.

The Nubia Z9 mini sports a 5-inch HD SHARP CGS display at 441 ppi. The device has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor that clocks in at 1.5 Ghz. The smartphone has a 16-GB ROM, which is expandable up to 128 GB.

ZTE Nubia was launched in China in March this year and India is the first foreign market they are venturing into.
