Michael R Strain

Michael R Strain is director of economic policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute. is concurrently Professor of Practice at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. He is also a research fellow with the IZA Institute of Labor Economics in Bonn, Germany. He has worked at the Center for Economic Studies at the US Census Bureau and in the macroeconomics research group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He holds a Ph.D in economics from Cornell University.
