ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, the Noida-based diversified engineering company, has formed joint venture with the US-based Titan Metal Fabricators Inc, which designs and fabricates highly corrosion-resistant process equipment for industries that have corrosion problems.
ISGEC will hold 51 percent stake in the JV, while the US firm will own the remaining stake. The joint venture, named Isgee Titan Metal Fabricators Private Limited, will undertake metal fabrication of various types of equipment in metallurgy like titanium, tantalum, etc.
