Initial public issue of upto 45,88,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of Neochem Bio Solutions Limited (formerly known as Neochem Bio Solutions Private Limited & Neochem Technologies Private Limited), (Neochem or the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.98/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.88/- per equity share (the issue price) aggregating to Rs.44.97 crores (the issue), of which 2,32,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.98/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.88/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.2.28 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 43,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 98/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.88/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.42.69 crores is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.80% and 25.44%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

Objective of issue

Funding the long-term working capital requirements of the Company. Repayment/prepayment, in full or part, of all or certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company. General Corporate Purposes*.
