Initial public issue of upto 60,00,000 equity shares of paid up value of Rs.10/- each of Shree TNB Polymers Limited (TNB or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 47-52 per equity share including a share premium of 37-42 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 28.2-31.2 Crores (the Issue), of which 3,00,000 equity shares of paid up value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 47-52 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 37-42 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.41-1.56 Crores will be reserved forsubscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The public issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 57,00,000 equity shares of paid up value of Rs. 10/- each at a issue price of Rs. 47-52 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 37-42 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 26.79-29.64 Crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The public issue and the net issue will constitute 28.11% and 26.70% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The paid up value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each. Price Band: Rs. 47 to Rs. 52 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 4.7 times the face value and the cap price is 5.2 times the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.

Objective of issue

Capital Expenditure for purchase of machinery. Capital Expenditure for the purchase and installation of Solar panel/ Roof top. Part finances the capital expenditure for construction/ installation of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure for new manufacturing facility. Repayment of certain borrowings. General corporate purposes.
