Initial public offer of 36,03,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Spectraa Technology Solutions Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at an offer price of Rs. 118 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 108 per equity share (the Offer Price) comprising of a fresh issue of 32,55,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 38.42 Crores (the Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 3,48,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each comprising of 1,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by A L Arun Kumar and 1,74,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by Sailaja Arun Kumar (the Selling Shareholders or Promoter Selling Shareholders) (Offer for Sale) aggregating to Rs. 4.11 Crores, of which 1,82,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for aggregating to Rs. 2.15 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The public offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of 34,21,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 40.37 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer. The public offer and the net offer will constitute 27.00% and 25.63%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each.Price Band: Rs. 118 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 11.80 times the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
