Unitec Fibres Ltd IPO Details

Initial public offer of upto 39,16,800* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Unitec FibresLimited (The Company or Unitec Fibres or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 83-88 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 73-78 per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 32.51-34.47 Crores (the Issue), of which up to 2,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 83-88 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 73-78 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.66-1.76 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Net issue of up to 37,16,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 83-88 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 73-78 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 30.85-32.71 Crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.16% and 25.78% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 83/- to Rs. 88/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each.The floor price and the cap price are 8.30 times and 8.80 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each thereafter.
