Shree Pushkar Chemicals

Shree Pushkar Chemicals share price rallied after the company incorporated unit, Dyecol Color Technologies, to act as the marketing arm for Dyes and Dyes Intermediaries Business of the company.

On September 7, Gautam Gopikishan Makharia bought 197,950 equity shares, representing 0.64 per cent of total equity, of Shree Pushkar Chemicals at price of Rs 104.18 per share on the NSE

The stock rallied to its record high of Rs 196, up 17% on BSE on back of heavy volumes.

The stock rallied 7% to Rs 143, appreciating more than 100% from its initial public offer price of Rs 65 per share.
