Developing a vaccine can take 10 years and cost up to a billion dollars, but with the Ebola epidemic ravaging West Africa, drug and vaccine trials are being rushed through the pipeline at lightning speed. Bloomberg's Shelby Holliday traveled to the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research to learn more about the fast-tracked human trials of a promising vaccine.
