Global recruitment company Antal International has appointed Joseph Devasia as its Managing Director for Antal International Network, India.

Joseph Devasia established his business in January 2007 and was extremely successful in the initial years. In late 2008, Doug Bugie who was then CEO at Antal International Network floated the idea of franchising further in India and suggested that Joseph could enter into a JV with Antal to help expand its footprints further in the Indian recruitment industry.

Since then Antal's journey of franchising in India begun and over the years Antal has established 40 successful franchises. In a short span of 6 years Antal opened in more than 10 cities across India, filling more than 600 business critical vacancies.

Tony Goodwin, Founder & Executive Chairman, Antal International Network, said: "India is a very intricate and complex market that requires innate understanding, application and dedication to make it work. We have a business partner in Joseph Devasia that can make things happen and are simply delighted that after eight years we are building for further success on an already solid foundation.
