Concor net up 5.5% to Rs 830 cr in FY11

State-owned Container Corporation (Concor) of India today reported a 5.5% growth in net profit for the year ended March 31, 2011 to Rs 830 crore on higher income.

The firm had reported Rs 786.68 crore net profit in the 2009-10 fiscal, it said in a communique to the stock exchange.

Concor's income from operations also rose to 3,826.58 crore during the year from Rs 3,705.67 crore a year ago.

During the last quarter of the fiscal, the company had reported Rs 201.37 crore net profit on Rs 995.37 crore income from operations.
