Financial Technologies today said that Deloitte Haskins & Sells has resigned as a statutory auditor of the company after completing audits of the year 2013-14 and it will not offer itself for reappointment in the company’s forthcoming annual general meeting.

It may be recalled that last year after NSEL crisis came out, Deloitte had withdrawn its report. Later even regulator had asked MCX, in which FTIL has 26% stake to replace Deloitte as statutory auditor.
