Diebold India to manage 1,100 ATMs of Axis Bank

Axis Bank, India’s third-largest private sector bank has signed a two-year agreement with Diebold India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diebold Incorporated, to manage its over 1,100 (Automated teller machine) ATMs in India.

Axis Bank has more than 1,200 branches and over 5,500 ATMs across India.

Diebold, as a part of the agreement, will support Axis Bank with services such as ATM incident monitoring, vendor management, cash forecasting and replenishment services, caretaker services, consumables management and site maintenance.
