eClerx Services Q4 net up 2% at Rs 15.42 cr

Knowledge process outsourcing firm eClerx Services today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 15.42 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, marginally up by 2 per cent from Rs 15.16 crore in the same period a year ago.     

The consolidated net sales of the company also rose to Rs 54.27 crore during the March quarter of FY'09 from Rs 37.20 crore in the same period a year earlier, eClerx Services said in a filing to the BSE.     

In the financial year ended March 31, 2009, the company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 61.78 crore, up 38 per cent as against Rs 44.58 crore of FY'08.
