 "Godrej Properties sells over 6 lakh sq ft of villa space for Rs 300 cr in Noida")
Godrej Properties(GPL) on Wednesday said that it has sold over 60,000 sq. meters (6 lakh sq ft.) of villas with a booking value Rs over 300 crore in a single day at the launch of its first project, Crest, at its 100 acre township Godrej Golf Links.
"The company’s first ever project in the Noida and Greater Noida market has received a stupendous response, making this one of Godrej Properties’ most successful launches.
This is also one of the country’s most successful recent launches and has come at a time when the NCR market has been witnessing a slowdown.," it said in a release.
Godrej Golf Links is being developed as a joint venture with ACE Group, a leading developer in NCR.
