Gridle, a start-up, which provides a communication and collaborative platform to enterprises, is in talks with institutional investors and high net worth individuals (HNIs) for another round of funding.

It hopes to raise $170,000-200,000 (Rs 1-1.2 crore) in a month. "We are looking at raising Rs 1-1.2 crore and are looking for institutional investors, as well as HNIs, for equity investment. A couple of parties have expressed interest and we are considering our association with them. The funding will aid us in mobile and pad presence. Also, we will be able to achieve significant traction and revenue from US, Europe, India and Southeast Asian markets," said co-founder and Chief Executive Yash Shah.

"We are planning to expand the product development team aggressively to gain mobile presence and integration with other popular services. The plan is to raise another round of funding and get into content and digital marketing, as well as offline sales. We are also looking forward to re-sellers for Gridle from across the world and are actively considering a tie-up with an Australia-based sales company," he added.

Till February this year, the start-up was working on a beta version of the collaborative tool, officially launching it on February 17. In the past three months, it has added 329 teams from 32 companies to its list of users. Now, the Gridle team is working on incremental value provision features such as notifications, timelines for generating activity log and network systems.

The company also plans to create software that allows clients/users to start, try, invite, manage, pay and continue to use without having to contact Gridle. "Our aim is to give them the power and freedom to see how their employees are performing with analytics, directly add and remove employees/clients into their network, and use it without any hassle," Shah said.

While Gridle didn't share the details of its revenue, it hopes to clock considerable growth this year by adding to its clientele
