HC quashes L&T extra stamp duty order
The Bombay High Court has quashed an order issued by Maharashtra’s inspector general of the Registration & Controller of Stamps that asked Larsen & Toubro to pay additional stamp duty of Rs 64.69 crore for its development agreement inked with City and Industrial Development Corp.
