Honda Siel Power appoints BSR & Co as statutory auditors

Manufacturing and marketing of portable gensets firm, Honda Siel Power Products today said it has appointed BSR & Company an Indian associate of KPMG, as statutory auditors of the company.     

The company's shareholders have approved to increase in remuneration of J Kobayashi, President and CEO of the company, Honda Siel Power Products said in a filing to Bombay Stock Exchnage (BSE).     

Further, the shareholders have also approved to increase in remuneration of Y Watanabe, vice-president & whole-time Director of the company and also the appointment of R S Bidesi as vice-president & whole-time Director, the filing added.
