The two companies also look forward to extend the relationship to work with clients across the European Union. Under the agreement, TMI would source, select and recruit professionals, while HIM would provide the post recruitment support and ensure smooth relocation and assimilation into a new work environment and culture.
“The strategic partnership will enable TMI to set foot in the recruitment industry of Germany,”TMI managing director, T Sreedhar, stated in a press release here on Tuesday.
According to TMI group chairman T Muralidharan, the two companies expect to generate revenue of Euro 10 million over the next three years through this partnership.
