India's first real-estate flash sale to begin on June 26

Over 30 developers have registered for the sale, hoping to sell inventory worth Rs 2,000-2,500cr

After the success of flash sales by mobile manufacturers to sell their latest smartphone, it is now the turn of real-estate developers. Amura Marketing Technologies along with 99acres.com today announced the India's first real estate flash sale that will begin from June 26 to 28.

The flash sale has on board almost 35 national-level developers showcasing properties ranging from Rs 15 lakh to 20 crore. These properties will be across cities like Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, bangalore, Pune, and Chennai.

This will provide a platform for Indian home-buyers across the globe to have access to more than 250 projects spread across India.

99acres.com will be driving portion of the traffic to the IRFS sale and providing engagement ad inventory to provide research experience to property seekers.

"We are hosting a first of its kind flash sale in the real estate industry with an expectation of selling inventory worth Rs 2,000 - Rs 2,500 crore. Some of the developers are launching their projects exclusively through this flash sale and we are expecting over 100,000 customer loging from this sale. Our main objective of this sale is to boost the real estate market by creating a demand among customers to benefit from exclusive pre-negotiated deals offered by developers," said Vikram Kotnis, Managing Director, Amura Technologies.

 

H further added that project IRFS to be Amura's consumer centric event that will be held twice a year with 250 plus projects to be showcased across India.

Some of the developers are who are participating in IRFS are Oberoi Realty, Kolte Patil Developers, Sobha, Godrej Properties, Omaxe, Peninsula Land, Brigade Group, Shriram Properties, K Raheja Corp, Panchshil Realty, Amanora Park Town and Casa Grandeto.

 

Buyers will get discount from developers who buy during the flash sale, though the quantum has not yet been decided for discount. Kotnis also said that they will bring banks too on board.
