Indian Seamless Metal Tubes postpones AGM

Indian Seamless Metal Tubes Ltd (ISMT), manufacturer of specialised tube and alloy steels, has postponed its annual general meeting (AGM) which was to be held on August 10.

In a statement, the company said that due to unavoidable circumstances the company's board has decided to postpone the AGM to a later date and cancel the book closure as well.

As per earlier schedule, book closure was from August 5 to August 10. "The new dates will be informed in due course of time," the company said.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, shares of ISMT were trading at Rs 42.15, up 3.06% at 11:26 am.
