Intex ropes in Farhan Akhtar as ambassador for smartphones

Electronics maker Intex Technologies today said it has roped in Bollywood actor-director Farhan Akhtar as brand ambassador for its range of smartphones.

The alliance is to cultivate the aggressively expanding mobile business of Intex which is expected to be the key revenue driver during the current fiscal, Intex said in a statement.

"Farhan, as a versatile actor with youthful zeal and positive influence, will distinctly bring forth shared synergies, values and beliefs and help Intex further expand its customer reach," Intex said.
