Lakshmishree Investment and Securities Private Limited, one of the group companies of Varanasi-based Lakshmishree Group, is all set to enter in Gujarat. For this, the company is planning to appoint 100 franchisees across the state in the next three months.
"The state of Gujarat is well known for its fetish for stock market. People of Gujarat are much interested in stock market investment, thereby offering a very good growth potential for us in the state. Considering this, Lakshmishree has decided to enter in Gujarat market," said Shivendra Kumar Singh, vice president, Lakshmishree.
Currently, the company is actively setting up its network in Gujarat and is working on franchisee model. Moreover, Lakshmishree is also setting up its sub broker network across the state of Gujarat." According to Viral Mehta, Business Development Manager of Gujarat for Lakshmishree, since the festive season of Diwali this year the company has begun setting up its network. "By March 2012, we are aiming to appoint about 100 franchisees in Gujarat," Mehta added. For Gujarat alone, by end of December 2012, the company intends to open more than 2000 demat accounts.
