| Matrix has base of over 300 channel partners in India at present. "We have received encouraging response from our participation in international telecom industry's fair recently. We have good number of inquiries from countries like Italy, Romania, Syria," said Ganesh Jivani, managing director of Matrix. |
| Matrix was established a decade back in Vadodara. It offers over 30 products in the telecom sector and planning to add few more soon. The company recently received an award from the Department of Information technology of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for the excellence in the area of professional electronics. |
| Matrix aims at one per cent humble contribution from the overseas in its sales books. But Matrix has high ambitions with target of 25 per cent growth of its overseas market. The company has expertise in designing the telecom equipment's for small and large offices, domestic and hospitality sector and hospitals' applications. |
| "Matrix has a tremendous potential with its wide range of products to offer in the product driven telecom equipment market. Over 30 per cent man power in matrix is employed in research and development department," said Pankaj Vijay, manager, export division. |
| However, Matrix is planning to supply the same equipment's that are designed for the Indian market. The company may do little cosmetic changes if channel partner wants. The company officials denied the plan to open own offices out of India as of now. |
| Matrix is giving high attention US due to the promising business opportunity in hospitality sector. Matrix has appointed a US channel partner to concentrate on hotels and motels. |
| "We have a benefit of low labour costs in India with our expertise in designing the product. We will utilise our existing production facility at Waghodia near Vadodara to cater the international market," said Vijay. |
