McDonald's customers of west and south zone, which is run by the franchisee Hardcastle Restaurants, can simply log on to the website, www.mcdelivery.co.in, and use a range of secure payment options including credit and debit card and also net banking, said DirectPay.
The release quoted Avijit Nanda, chief executive officer TimesofMoney as saying, “At DirecPay, we offer state of the art payment solutions for over 130 payment options including credit cards, debit cards and net banking transfers. We are delighted to offer our payment gateway expertise to McDonald’s for easy collection of payments made to them and are confident that this would reduce some of the challenges of cash management for McDonald’s. With our enhanced MIS systems and alerts we will also track dropouts and help McDonalds work towards reducing them.”
DirecPay is a payment gateway service from TimesofMoney.
For this initiative, Hardcastle Restaurants will promote the website and cater to its customers with a wider range of combo meals and offers.
Ranjit Paliath, Vice President, Business Operations, Hardcastle Restaurants said, “Accepting payments online provides greater value to our customers. One can see the entire menu, choose from our range of products at ease and avoid wait time on calls. Additionally, customers can avail various existing offers while ordering online and can avoid the hassles of cash on delivery.”
