In an interaction with Business Standard last week, Ayyar had said that the Bangalore-based company is looking to inject fresh blood into its top-management team to help the company keep pace with the ever-evolving business environment.
“When you are not injecting fresh blood into leadership, you end up not knowing what you don't know,” Ayyar had said. “So you need to inject some external talent, which disturbs the chemical balance of the leadership team, which is healthy. Over the past few months, Indian IT industry has seen movement of several senior-level executives to competitors.

Additionally, in October, Wipro veteran Anand Sankaran also quit to join personal computer maker Dell as president and global head of infrastructure services and cloud computing business.
