After launching its first multiplex at Vadodara, Mukta Cinemas, a division of Mukta Arts Limited, has unveiled its second multiplex in Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
The multiplex got operational at Gulmohar Mall on Satellite Road of Ahmedabad. With four screens, one of which has a 3-D equipped projector, the multiplex's first screening in Ahmedabad began with 'Heroine' and 'Barfi'.
Mukta Cinemas' foray in Gujarat began with its first multiplex at Centre Square Mall, Vadodara.
Moreover, apart from the multiplex launched in Ahmedabad, Mukta Cinemas has other properties in pipeline at Vishakhapatnam, Gulbarga, Sangli, Raipur and Bhopal, all of which are expected to be operational by the year end.
The company is also in final stages for negotiating for more locations including a two screen theatre in Mumbai.
