“The programme, called One Focus, was developed based on the feedback provided by 74 Indian clients of PEBS. A majority of the new product development has been done at our Chennai development centre,” she told Business Standard.
To be offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS), One Focus will have eight tracks – Participating in Meetings, Learning Meetings, Business Presentations, Workplace Conversation, two levels of Business Leadership, Virtual Discussions and Negotiations. Each track will have 10 hours of digital self-study and 10-hours of teacher-led content.
“We are working on two more tracks – Business Writing and Business Email, which will be ready by this calendar end,” Brown said, adding PEBS’ ‘Talent Management Integration’ was in the beta now, and was building it for assessment integration with a Fortune-500 company.
