Prithvi Infra plans residential project in Himachal Pradesh

Prithvi Infradevelopers arm of New Delhi based construction company, Hindustan Buildcon Group, is developing a residential project with investment envisaged near Shimla in Himachal Pradesh.

Vikas Wahi , Director, Pri-thvi Infradevelopers said the residential project coming in Kandaghat (near Shimla) and spread over 5 acres of land would have 198 dwellings.

The residential units would comprise of studio apartments, 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats apart from two Cottages.

Priced at Rs 3,600 per square feet, the super area of flats are 1,260 sq ft for 2 BHK Flat, 1,600 sq ft for 3 BHK and 2,100 sq ft for 4 BHK flat.

Wahi added the total investment in the project wou-ld be Rs 70 crore, as the company aims to deliver the possession in three years.

Of the total area of the project, 29 per cent is utilised for construction and the remaining 71 per cent area shall be left open for environmental usages.

Prithvi Infradevelopers also has plans to develop a residential and commercial project in Rajasthan, spread over 25 acres of land.
