Provogue India promoter pledges 24 lakh shares
Apparel firm Provogue India today said one of its promoters, Nikhil Chatturvedi, has pledged 24 lakh shares of the company.
In a filing to the BSE, the company said Chatturvedi has pledged 24,00,000 shares on September 23, 2011.
With this transaction, Chatturvedi has pledged his entire stake of 9.27% in the firm, it added.
The company's scrips were trading at Rs 30.70 on the BSE, up 3.19% from the previous close.
