It has a five-year contract with each of them and each academy will have its own premises on the project where children will be personally coached by professional teams. The new concept of child-centric homes was launched in Pune and Bangalore. The first child-centric home development in Pune will be Song of Joy, at Gera's Greensville, Kharadi and will comprise of 1,230 sq ft two bedroom and 1,660 sq ft three-bedroom apartments.

Speaking about this concept, Rohit Gera, chairman, Gera Developments said, "The launch of child-centric homes will create a paradigm shift in the real estate for both, the developer as well as the home buyer. We have established a new category of living spaces designed keeping the child of the home as well as the parent's lifestyles in mind."
