Luxury housing cum commercial complex,’Royal Lagoon’, being developed jointly by the city-based Sj Developers and New Delhi-based realty player Ashiana Homes at a cost of Rs 250 crore is expected to be operational within three years.
"Royal Lagoon will have a built-up area of 11 lakh sq ft and a mall with an area of two lakh sq ft. Construction work on the project will begin in April this year and the project is expected to be completed within three years. The project will have premium apartments mostly in the range of Rs 40-70 lakh while some select flats will also be priced at Rs one crore and beyond. The Royal Lagoon, spread over 8.5 acres will have 600 flats in all and would have 70 per cent green space”, said Debidutta Mishra, managing director of Sj Developers.
The project is coming up at Raghunathpur on the outskirts of the city.
It consists of nine multi-storied independent towers of 14 floors each having two BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen), three BHK and four BHK flats as well as pent houses.
