The campus represents a significant expansion of the company’s facilities in India, and reinforces Syntel’s commitment to expanding its infrastructure through a campus-based strategy, said a press release issued by the company.
The first phase of the Tirunelveli campus will create 250,000 square feet of work space with capacity for more than 2,500 employees. It will include a software development block with a dedicated security block, dining facilities and a welcome centre.

In addition to the new development in Tirunelveli, Syntel has also expanded its campuses in Pune and Chennai, the release said.
