Unitech today said that one of its promoters has pledged 4.07 per cents stake in the company while another one has revoked 17.62 per cent stake.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the realty major said that Mayfair Investments has pledged 4.07 per cent stake and Prakausali Investments (India) have revoked 17.62 per cent stake.
As on June 2010, promoters, stake in the company stood at 46.56 per cent. The remaining is with the public.
Unitech's shares closed 0.16 per cent higher on the BSE at Rs 94.26 per piece.
