CDgate: Singhvi resigns as Cong spokesperson

A day before Parliament resumes session, the Congress’s Rajya Sabha member Abhishek Manu Singhvi resigned as the main ruling party’s spokesperson and as chairman of an MPs’ panel, in the wake of his getting entangled in a CD controversy.
