Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has ordered the dismissal of officials responsible for deriliction of duty in the Petlawad town blast case and the transfer of the entire staff of the area police station.
After the chief minister ordered the removal of the sub-divisional magistrate and sub-divisional police officer in the case, authorities have got busy in taking action against the erring officials.
Meanwhile, Chouhan will on Monday again meet with the families of people killed in the blast near the new bus stand at Petlawad town, which killed 88 people and injured more than 100 others.
The chief minister met the survivors on Sunday, during which he had to face protests from angry people who demanded action against erring officials.
