Zee Group had earlier filed plea in the apex court to quash three FIRs filed against the group and its two editors.
The matter has been listed after four weeks.
Earlier, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) had accused that Zee News editors had demanded Rs 100 crore from the group in the form of advertisements to stop doing negative stories against it.
JSPL was among the companies, which were named in the CAG report as beneficiaries of the coal block allocations. Later, on the complaint of Navin Jindal, police had arrested the two editors.
