The 12th edition of Indiasoft 2012, the annual IT global networking event, is expected to see business worth Rs 400 crore this year, around 35 per cent growth over last year’s Rs 300 crore.
DK Sareen, executive director, Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, said, “Last year, the event saw 110 exhibitors and registered Rs 300 crore business. This year, we are expecting 150 exhibitors and around Rs 400 crore business.”
The three-day B-2-B event, to be held here from March 21, would act as a marketing platform for IT SMEs and start-ups. The focus would be on e security, finance, banking, insurance, manufacturing, animation and packaged software, etc.
