Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal was stopped, again, as his convoy was about to enter Gandhinagar en route to Modi's residence.

The police stopped Kejriwal about two kilometres from Modi's home. They said he could not proceed till he was granted an appointment. Manish Sisodia then visited Modi's office to seek an appointment but was told a packed schedule makes that impossible today.

Aam Aadmi Party chief Kejriwal was marching towards Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi's residence along with 16 questions, which he said he would ask him.

Some of the questions include those on gas price issue, Modi's link with Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani, condition of health care, farmers, infrastructure in the state and also on the criminal record of ministers in the Gujarat cabinet.

AAP's convener is on a four-day "inspection" tour of Gujarat and he claims that he is analysing the Gujarat model of development by travelling to places and meeting people.

"There were talks about how progressive Gujarat is but we have witnessed the exact opposite in the last two days," Kejriwal told reporters before heading towards Modi's residence.

Kejriwal dismissed that there is any development in Gujarat and alleged that Modi lies about the same.

The first day of his tour on Wednesday itself saw high drama as he was briefly detained by the state police for allegedly breaking the model code of conduct.
