Need to Scale Skilling Initiatives with Speed and Standard: Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy

In a strategic meeting with industry partners both philanthropic and corporate, on the country's skill development agenda, the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy has asked various industries and corporations to come together to scale skilling initiatives with speed and bring about standardisation in the process of skilling. Addressing the meeting here yesterday, the Minister said, scaling skill development initiatives is one of the bigger challenges but addressing the need to assure quality while scaling up initiatives is extremely crucial. He said, in order to have a synergy between attaining scale and ensuring quality, we need resources in terms of infrastructural support, efficient credible trainers, setup for conducting sessions and so on.
