Asian markets end in green

The Hang Seng was up 325 points (1.78%) at 18,600. The Nikkei gained 81 points at 9,877.

The Straits Times advanced 22 points (1%) to 2,324.

The  Shanghai Composite, the Taiwan Weighted and the Seoul Composite ended flat at 2,928, 6,463 and 1,394, respectively.

Asian markets continue to hold gains.

The Hang Seng has rallied 213 points to 18,488. The Nikkei has moved up 65 points to 9,861.

The Straits Times has advanced 21 points to 2,323, and the Taiwan Weighted index has added 15 points at 6,473.

The Seoul Composite is almost flat at 1,394.

Asian markets are up this morning.

Oil linked shares and hopes of a global economic recovery have buoyed the Nikkei 23 points to 9,819. The Hang Seng has gained 116 points at 18,391.

The Straits Times has advanced 21 points (1%) to 2,323. The Taiwan Weighted has moved up 29 points to 6,486.

The Shanghai Composite and the Seoul Composite are flat at 2,927 and 1,392, respectively.
