Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund will shortly begin converting select debt instruments of other companies held by investors into its products.
The novel initiative will be kick-started with introduction of Birla Bond Exchange Scheme, which would provide the investors an opportunity to convert any of 18 specified debt instruments into the Birla Bond Index Fund.
Vikas Sachdeva, head, sales & distribution, said Birla Bond Exchange scheme would be introduced in a day to two.
