BSE cancels all F&O trades

BSE on Wednesday had to annul all derivatives trades following unusual volumes triggered by a freak trade.

The move followed a trade by one of the members that generated a volume of Rs 27,000 crore in Sensex futures.

The exchange has also suspended the member concerned from trading any further in proprietary position on the Exchange in all segment and has commenced detailed investigation into the matter.
