Lead futures for March shed Rs 1.05, or 0.88%, to Rs 118.55 per kg in 1,594 lots.

At the Multi Commodity exchange (MCX), the April contract declined by Re 1, or 0.83%, to Rs 119.45 per kg in a turnover of 195 lots.

Sluggish demand from battery-makers at domestic spot markets put pressure on the Lead prices.
