The NSE Nifty is up 163 points at 4,151.
Reliance Infrastructure has zoomed 10.5% to Rs 834, and Jaiprakash Associates has soared 9.3% to Rs 172.
Tata Motors has rallied 7.3% to Rs 404. ITC has surged 6.7% to Rs 183, and Reliance Communications has added nearly 6% to Rs 440.
HDFC Bank has advanced 5.6% to Rs 1,058. DLF has gained 5.3% at Rs 452.

Infosys, BHEL and TCS have moved up over 5% each to Rs 1,825, Rs 1,575 and Rs 869, respectively.
Grasim, Bharti Airtel and ICICI Bank have also moved up around 5% each to Rs 1,754, Rs 747 and Rs 623, respectively.
Reliance has gained 4.6% at Rs 2,070. HDFC, NTPC and Larsen & Toubro are up over 4% each to Rs 2,095, Rs 168 and Rs 2,496, respectively.
Out of 2,690 stocks traded, 2,111 have advanced, 510 have declined and 69 are unchanged.
