The Sensex opened 205 points higher at 10,107, and has extended gains on the back of a strong rally in the global markets. The index is now up 416 points at 10,318.
Tata Motors and DLF have zoomed over 9% each to Rs 197 and Rs 193, respectivey.
Reliance Infrastructure and Jaiprakash have soared around 7.5% each to Rs 592 and Rs 92, respectively.

ICICI Bank has surged 6.7% to Rs 373. HDFC has rallied over 6% to Rs 1,598.
Larsen & Toubro, Reliance Communications and Sterlite have moved up around 5.5% each to Rs 710, Rs 190 and Rs 370, respectively.
SBI, Tata Power and TCS have gained 5% each at Rs 1,130, Rs 835 and Rs 572, respectively.
Tata Steel and Mahindra & Mahindra have advanced nearly 5% each to Rs 220 and Rs 414, respectively.
Bharti Airtel and Wipro are up around 4.5% each at Rs 643 and Rs 263, respectively.
