Sesa Goa at 52-week low on mining ban report

Sesa Goa has dipped 4% to Rs 214 on reports that a panel appointed by the Supreme Court has recommended a ban on mining in the iron ore-rich areas of Tumkur and Chitradurga in the state of Karanatka.
The stock hit a low of Rs 210 after opening at Rs 215 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Around 150,000 shares have changed hands on the counter in opening deals.
