Zinc down 0.5% on overseas trend

Prices fell due to subdued spot and domestic demands

Zinc futures for April traded 45 paise, or 0.45% lower at Rs 99.85 per kg in 3,288 lots.     

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the May contract fell by 45 paise, or 0.44% to trade at Rs 101.30 per kg in 173 lots.

Prices fell due to subdued spot and domestic demands.
